It was extremely well organised and everything went to schedule. Craig kept us fully informed. All the works carried out were exceptional, fantastic tiling, all the bathroom fittings that we picked were fitted perfectly and we are thrilled with the final result. Top quality installation work of a Veissmann Vitodens 100 boiler by Craig & Dan; professional yet friendly; efficient and quick, but took the time to set and explain controls. Very satisfied with everything.
I was recommended Craig about 6 yrs ago to install a new bathroom. Was not disappointed. Craig arranged everything from tilers to joiners to complete the work. From that experience we have used Craig for replacing our boiler (which he maintains every year.) to even small jobs like replacing a tap. I have recommended Craig to friends who have also had new bathrooms or boiler replacement or repair.
Craig and the team did a brilliant job for us. They replaced all our TRVs, installed a new boiler, fixed the electric heating element on our hot water cylinder, and replaced the cold water tank. While they were here they also spotted another leaking pipe and sorted it out free of charge, which was much appreciated. After the boiler installation, a small pipe developed a leak from the condensate line due to a defective part. Craig came back quickly and replaced it straight away, even though it wasn’t their fault. All in all they went above and beyond. Really professional, reliable, and just genuinely nice guys to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Cannot recommend these guys enough. They fit me in at short notice and replaced my knackered boiler with one they recommended. Turned up on time, left the place tidy and as a bonus already noticed our house is warmer and our energy bills lower (I monitor our spending and usage daily!)
Just had a new boiler fitted by Craig and Dan. Very impressed with their work; they turned up on time, were friendly, professional and within 5 hrs I had a new boiler fitted and working. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing and heating jobs.
Craig is hands down the best tradesperson we have ever had in our home. In love with the finished bathroom and appreciated thought Craig put into details and consulting with us as he went on options. The team he had on the job all did quality work and he ensured proper handovers with them at our home so expectations were clear. Job finished on time and to budget agreed. I usually feel on edge when people are working in my home (especially as I work from home) but Craig and Daniel were so friendly that I genuinely felt relaxed. They also dealt with my many cats darting about around them without complaint! Can’t recommend highly enough!
