A&M Energy Solutions

A&M Energy Solutions attracts consistent praise for cavity wall insulation, with reviewers describing installations completed efficiently by teams who explained their methods beforehand and patched holes so neatly they went unnoticed. Punctuality recurs in the feedback, as surveyors arrived when arranged and provided knowledgeable assessments alongside competitive quotes. Customers also note that properties were left clean and that problems were understood and resolved promptly, while one account highlights a team that worked quickly without pausing until the job was finished.

Alongside this, a number of accounts raise difficulties. One reviewer reports that loft insulation covered an amplifier which then burnt out, and describes a dismissive response when the matter was raised. Another states that cavity wall installation proceeded despite other firms doubting its suitability, resulting in blocked vents and condensation. A further comment objects to poor driving and parking of company vehicles. The recurring pattern is that the insulation work itself is frequently completed to a good standard, while follow-up handling and, in some cases, the consequences of finished jobs generate the complaints.
