Amazing work, competitively priced. Sean who came to do the quote was fantastic, took me through exactly what he would recommend and why. Mike who came to carry out the job showed me exactly what he was going to do, carried out the so fast and left the place looking 100x better than before they started - 5 stars all round for these guys. Big difference made to the warmth of our very old house!
Lots of confusion regarding quote vs work done but not bad
Should probably drive a bit safer, especially when in a company vehicle with your logo and details plastered everywhere. Complete disregard for anyone else’s safety when overtaking and speeding through Wiltshire. An accident waiting to happen and completely unprofessional!
Had the survey and agreed to pay £200 and to get other work done before they arrived. When they arrived to do the work the installer couldn't get out of their fast enough as he had been told not to do attics below 1.2m high. Considering they also will not do the room in roof as well, they can't insulate anything other than the easiest to insulate houses. Considering the amount of time they have wasted and that I now need to buy a load of insulation and do what the professionals can't??? This can't be right?
