Great professional service from the customer service team on the phone to the engineer. Good communication throughout Engineer, Ged, turned up on time, diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed to fix the issue so I could make an informed decision. Agreed to the fix which he completed and our unit is now working well - much needed in the hot weather. Will definitely be using Air Options for any future Air Con work.
