AQUAE Underfloor Heating

AQUAE Underfloor Heating is a Manchester-based company that specialises in the installation and repair of underfloor heating systems for homes and businesses across Greater Manchester. With over 15 years of experience in the underfloor heating trade, the company's engineers are fully qualified and insured. AQUAE installs wet underfloor heating systems for new builds, extensions, and full renovations, as well as electric underfloor heating systems, including low-profile electric mat and loose-wire systems.

It repairs underfloor heating systems of all makes and models and offers servicing and maintenance packages for both wet and electric systems. The service area includes Didsbury, Altrincham, Urmston, Alderley Edge, Charlton, Chorlton, Salford, Stockport, and Trafford. AQUAE handles projects from survey and design through to installation and commissioning. The company does not supply materials directly to the public but works with trusted suppliers.

Underfloor heating installations form the core of the work carried out by AQUAE Underfloor Heating, with feedback from Manchester clients highlighting consistent professionalism from first enquiry to completion. Matteo and Lucca are named regularly, and a handful of customers describe how queries were handled promptly and how the agreed programme was followed without alteration. Punctuality emerges as a recurring strength: start dates were met, and one installation was fitted in at short notice so that a building project could stay on schedule. Tidiness is mentioned just as frequently, with floors and surrounding areas left clean once the work finished.

The team has served private homeowners alongside a construction firm and an architecture studio, fitting water-based systems across entire ground floors, including roughly 110 square metres spread over seven rooms and a separate 40 square metre installation. Plumbing for a WC and a utility room conversion also featured. Reviewers repeatedly praise the precise costings and specifications supplied beforehand, the clear explanations given as work progressed, and the courteous manner of the contractors. A returning customer notes the care taken to oversee every stage through to a flawless result.
