What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Arctic Insulation, based in London, carries out loft insulation, boarding and storage work. One customer describes enquiring after seeing an advertisement and having a knowledgeable surveyor visit within days to confirm what was needed, and speaks highly of both the service and the price.
The other account is critical: it claims that pre-installation surveys were inadequate and that customers were led to expect more than the fitting teams were told to deliver, with materials arriving on site that did not match the full package discussed. The same account says old insulation removal, new insulation and disposal were not relayed to the fitters, leaving the work incomplete against what had been agreed.

Attempted 6 installs for this "business" - they carried out their own pre installation surveys - if you can call them that. They promised customer the earth, tell them what they want to hear but only offer "promo pack" when turning up with promo pack materials customer asks wheres rest as they want complete loft boarded old insulation removed new insulation installed and disposed of None of this information is relayed to fitters and leaves customers with no work being carried out. We wasted 3 days driving round sorting out their own surveys to be withheld payments on invoices The legal team is now dealing with this but a warning to all potential customers AVOID !
Seen an advertisement online, enquired with them, within a few days they had a very knowledgeable surveyor out to my property and confirmed what I needed. Extremely happy with the service and at a great price. Don't hesitate to contact these guys for anything to do with your loft, insulation or storage needs.
