BB Heat Pumps

We have a complex heat pump system service hot water and heating for 7 flats. We have tried multiple companies without success but BB Heat Pumps diagnosed and solved issues for us. Very prompt, friendly and accessible, highly recommended.

Can’t recommend BB Heat Pumps highly enough, they gave me two references to call before I decided to proceed which were very complementary. The team worked hard but get plenty of coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits ready which oils the wheels of the machine. They made things work even in tight spaces and the pipe work is so very neat, you can tell they have so much experience.

Alfie was extremely helpful when I had WiFi issues for the smart thermostat setup. He arranged to be onsite when my AV person could attend, despite numerous hiccups from the other provider. I engaged BB Heat Pumps to modernise my heating system, replacing an old 40 year-old gas boiler-based vented system. They did a quality proposal and install of an Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP, new unvented cylinder, along with UFH for the downstairs. This required a good solid week of work across most of the house and loft. I appreciate that they were flexible when some other building works in the kitchen required them to split the UFH install into two separate visits, leaving it ready for tiling work. Finally, they're great guys--it was a pleasure to work with Alfie and Paul's team!
