Amazing! So, I called Steve to enquire about helping me fix a problem that 2 other plumbers had failed to resolve and in 5 minutes over the phone… he had talked me through how to resolve it myself. Just incredible and shows how much knowledge these guys have. Also, restores your faith in some trades as he could have charged me a call out- but took the most effective and cost efficient (for me) way forward. Thanks guys. Next installation I do, you will be the only quote I get!
Used Black underfloor for a number of projects now and always receive first class service, highly recommended for all underfloor heating requirements
The team (especially Phil) at Blacks put together all the kit for a full underfloor system for our house renovation in record time. They provided everything we needed, along with detailed plans for the installers. Aftercare was exceptional too, with one missing component quickly sent out and one faulty thermostat quickly replaced. Cannot recommend Black Underfloor highly enough!
