Rang Cooney for a cavity wall insulation quote. On the day of the survey they didn’t turn up. Was told I had got the day wrong yet on the time they told me it was booked I have a regular appointment so couldn’t have agreed to it. Anyway an hour later someone turned up and spent a good 45-60 mins surveying my property. They informed me my quote would be with me shortly. Over three weeks later and a phone call to Cooney I have not received a quote.

Made an appointment to have an extension assessed for suitability of cavity wall insulation. Warren turned up on time, inspected the cavities and then informed us we couldn't have insulation. He was quite apologetic. Good to know this company has the integrity to inform you when something isn't possible.

Just had previous cavity insulation removed due to issues with musty, damp bedroom in an old property in Edinburgh. Nathan & McKenzie very professional and friendly. Explained each process which was interesting and made sense to why had problems. Hopefully things will now improve going forward. Great experience and place looks like never been there. Whole process with Cooney was very good and professional. Well done guys!

Had my council flat done today by 3 lads that were very friendly and helpful, they explained the process very well before starting then proceeded to do pre safely checks covering all vents, Excellent job at the end, cleaned up after spotless and even helped me put my small shed back in its original position, really nice professional lads, I would highly recommend this company for cavity wall insulation 5 star service.

I was looking for a firm to remove cavity wall insulation from 48 flats, Then a friend told me to contact Cooneys, that was the best advice I have been given, So then I call them & they came to meet me to talk me through what they would do & gave me a quote that was the best quote I have had from all the firms I had tried, They started work a couple of weeks after & Danny who was on site overseeing the work talked me through every step of the process & kept me informed throughout showing me where they were up to & asking if I was happy, I couldn't fault them they were professional in everything they did the lads were lovely & polite & didn't stop working from start to finish, At the end of the job Danny walked round the job to make sure I was happy, Well yes I was & I would gladly recommend them to anyone wanting insulation putting in their property or just removing, I would rate then 10/10 please try them you won't be disappointed.

Cooney Insulations have been great from start to finish. They came to my home to carry out a survey, then after seeing the results arranged to replace the missing cavity wall insulation. The two men that came, (they did give their names but I've forgotten them - sorry guys), were lovely, they were friendly and explained everything; from what the original issues were, to what they were going to do. Then once finished they showed me what they had actually done. Outstanding service.

Excellent and clean Job. I can see the significant difference on my energy usage after my cavity wall insulation. We used to use averagely 45 Kwh electricity per day (electric underfloor heating), after the cavity insulation it reduced to 18 Kwh. Many thanks for the Great Job.
