Friendly engineer, very thorough service

Brilliant service, they did what we asked them to do.

Pretty disappointing really, Gareth initially came round to look at my boiler, as it needed replacing / moved and associated works. Said he would get back with a quote in 2 days. 2 weeks passed and I followed this up (I realise they are busy people), informed that he will be in touch with a quote. Nothing. Again followed up in 2 weeks times or so and no response. I was interested in using Gareth as he came across as friendly and professional. Generally disappointed with what he promised and couldn't be bothered to quote for the job. If it was a project he was not interested in, a kind and polite "Not interested" would have sufficed.

Gareth did a very thorough and tidy job, at a good price, and took pride in his work. He explained the technical side of our boiler installation in easy-to-grasp language and I would definitely recommend him.

East Coast Heating came highly recommended and we've used them for a couple of jobs now – a boiler service and a valve replacement. On both occasions, the work and service have been excellent. Gareth has taken the time to explain the problem and what he'll be doing to solve it, while offering advice and tips for keeping our heating running smoothly. A very thorough, professional, friendly service, and he left everything tidy too!
