I can’t recommend Shaun highly enough! He’s honestly one of the best engineers I’ve ever met—genuine, honest, and truly professional. Unlike other companies who just take your money and don’t even fix the issue, Shaun went above and beyond. He didn’t charge a call-out fee, thoroughly checked my boiler, and explained exactly what needed doing. What impressed me most was his honesty: he told me the job would cost more than a Worcester Boiler Company would charge, but he didn’t try to overcharge or take advantage. People like Shaun are rare—so kind, trustworthy, and principled. I genuinely wish him all the success in the world—one day I hope he becomes a millionaire, because he deserves it!
