Elite Heat Oxford

Stephen always turned up on time and completed the work to the highest standard. Some unexpected complications occurred during our project, but Stephen dealt with them calmly and professionally and got the job completed as soon as possible. Our house was left very clean after the work. Stephen was very friendly, helpful, and considerate.

Stephen is punctual, professional and always does an excellent job. He cleans up after himself and communicates well. We’ve used him now several times (boiler service and general plumbing) and would highly recommend him.

Elite Heat replaced my boiler a few days ago. From prompt diagnosis to aftercare, Steve was communicative, reliable, trustworthy, and professional. His quote was competitive and he was patient and knowledgeable when I had queries. On the day, he was punctual, considerate, and respectful of my home, working hard to make sure everything was done properly and completed on time. Steve was highly recommended by several neighbours, and I couldn't agree with them more!

Really pleased with the work. They installed a new boiler and a hot water tap for me and were professional, efficient, and tidy throughout. Everything was explained clearly and the job was completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Super efficient plumbing and building services. Stephen was helpful, extremely tidy, lovely to interact with and results were excellent. He was also really helpful with my parents doing plumbing work in their property. Highly recommend elite heat.

I had a boiler emergency. Steve was quick to respond, professional, and did a great job. He was a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again. Excellent, highly recommended.
