I am happy to recommend Etta Plumbing; they recently installed a new radiator for me and replaced an old one, and also mended a leak. The service was excellent, communication was very clear from the start, Marc arrived as expected, got on with the job and tidied up afterwards; the cost of the work was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I've been using Etta Plumbing & Heating for some time now through my work, where we manage a number of residential properties. They've come to our rescue on more than one occasion, often completing repairs within a very short timeframe when urgency has been required. The team are always professional, reliable and keep me updated throughout the process, which is invaluable when managing properties and tenants. Their communication is excellent, the quality of their work has always been first class, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Feel so ripped off. Charged me £80 for a 10 minute job and replaced a small rubber part on the sink. Took a week to get to me. Very over priced. Update - I did ring you after the job to discuss payment. You told me that's how much it costs. I was merely stating I feel you over charged me for a 10 minute job. Shouldn't be £80 surly? (takes me a whole day to make that!)

Absolute first class service. Complicated problem that was inherited and Etta Plumbing were the only company that really went beyond to try and sort it . Highly recommend

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.

Many contract engineers of late plug in a combustion analyser, quick visual check and gone after 10 mins! Etta are old skool - professional, skilled, take their time as methodical and offer flexible appointments at a competitive price. 3 annual boiler services under my belt and a gas survey for a house sale. Invoiced down the line so no upfront payment either. All good.
