REF: CAVITY WALL INSULATION REMOVAL FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH, SURVEY CARRIED OUT THE DAY AFTER AN INQUIRY WAS MADE, A THROUGH ISPECTION OF CAVITY WALL WITH A CAMERA. WORK PERSONEL WERE EXTREMLY EFFICIENT AND PERFORMED A DIFFICULT JOB BETWEEN TWO HOUSES WITH VERY LIMITED ACCESS (WHICH A PREVIOUS COMPANY ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB AND TURNED AWAY SAYING IT WAS NOT POOSIBLE TO DO THE JOB) THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A RELATIVELY SHORT TIME (HALF A DAY) VERY TIDY LEAVING NO TRACE OF ANY CAVITY WALL INSULATION AROUND THE GARDEN ETC. THEREFORE I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND 'EXTRACT INSULATION'

Extract Insulation carried out a very prompt and excellent survey. The work was completed as promised and on time. We could not fault the work or installation. We would not hesitate to recommend Extract Insulation. Many thanks!

A team of fitters arrived to work on my neighbours house to carry out work for Abri Housing. They started drilling at 8 am on a Saturday morning. I was asleep approx 6 feet away from my bed. I fell out of bed in complete shock thinking the whole building was collapsing It was such a shock it was necessary to call a ambulance as my chest was pounding and could not refrain from shaking The neighbours were told that work would commence till 9 o'clock What a terrible experience I had to cancel my plans and advised to rest for the remainder of the day I am 93 years old and in my whole life I have never experienced such a shock and couldn't care less attitude

The whole team at Extract were professional and helpful from initial survey and quote, right up until job completion. They were very responsive to our needs and requirements, all delivered by a friendly and efficient fitting team. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking to upgrade loft insulation and / or having the loft boarded.

Extract insulation gave me an excellent service. Their staff are professional, well informed and helpful. They took great care with the inside and outside of the house before during and after the installation of beaded insulation.i have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a house built with cavity walls.

Had major damp issues with cold and condensation, it’s been 4 days and the walls internally feel dryer already. Had the old sparse insulation extracted and new insulation balls installed and glued. Workers were excellent and extremely tidy. Beat previous quotes too. Excellent
