The gentleman who came out was super friendly, polite and professional. He located the problem and was able to apply a temporary fix until we are able to get a specialist in that brand to come out and fix the faulty parts. Very grateful for such a good service and prompt response at 4.30 am! Highly recommend!
I contacted Mo to schedule a job and he was able to fit us in within 2 hours! Friendly, approachable, with very clear communication. He also identified a second issue that we weren’t aware of (a leak) and immediately fixed it which was Great. Would recommend.

I called Mohammed he came out straight away to check my boiler after it had leaked twice and I was really stressed about it. He explained the issue clearly, replaced the faulty part, and showed me how to increase the pressure myself. Everything was fixed on the same day and he did a fantastic job.
