I was concerned about the depth of insulation in the loft of my recently purchased house. Richard conducted a thorough inspection of the whole area for me and was able to report that, in the main, the depth was sufficient but some improvements could be made. He was very friendly and personable and gave his honest opinion which I was grateful for. He has provided a quote for the improvements but with no pressure to proceed. Richard was able to come at short notice to do an EPC certificate for my flat which had as I was about to complete the sale and discovered the certificate had expired. Great service and and really nice guy to do business with.

I contacted Richard to do a home survey as I wasn't sure on the quality of our insulation, he replied promptly and gave a date to visit within a few days. Once Richard came to do the survey we discovered that we didn't have cavity wall insulation despite this having been assumed on our EPC. Due to this, Richard completed the relevant in-depth survey and followed the process for us to get this funded through the GBIS. With his support and knowledge this was such a pain free process and I cannot recommend Richard enough.
