Heat Insulation Ltd

Very happy with the work they did in our loft. In and out within a couple of hours and didn't leave a mess.

Mum’s used these people to insulate her roof, alls well there, team were good and all work carried out properly. However the problems started post work with the payment element, mum paid cash on the day, and called to ensure payment was complete, assured yes it was, a week or so later a text stating payment was overdue, called again and confirmed with an e invoice this time that all was paid. Cut to today, new email threatening her with court action due to said unpaid account. Mums called yet again and advised account settled and “someone hasn’t pressed enter” on the system, no apology, nothing, threating a 75 yr old with court action over their repeated mistake has left a bitter taste after what was initially a very easy and smooth installation. Perhaps some customer car advice to the office staff may well be in order here.

I contacted heat insulation to undergo a survey of my loft and cavity walls and I am very pleased that I did. Their team were professional, courteous, and provided an excellent service. An initial survey identified that I would benefit from some additional insulation in my loft. The team visited a few days later to fit the insulation and did a great job. My house has been noticeably warmer this winter, which we have really appreciated! I was also amazed that the cost was so low as Heat Insulation have access to a range of different funding options. Well worth getting in touch - pleased I did!

Very easy to arrange, I had my appointment to assess my loft and then the actual installation both done within a month (probably would have been less if it hadn’t been Christmas). The lads who came to install the insulation were friendly and efficient, no problems at all.

Yesterday heat insulation ltd gave my mid terraced home cavity wall insulation. I initially contacted the office and got a really warm response and quick appointment for survey to see what was possible. The men arrived promptly at 8am realised access problem to both front and rear but assured they could overcome and quickly got extension hose. The men were absolutely friendly, efficient and a credit to any company. They were done and gone within 2 hours and I could see and hear walls filling up. Not too noisy! Thank you - job well 👍

First rate company! From the surveyor who called to the staff who answered my emails. Great advice from the surveyor, ie fit loft legs so the loft insulation isn't crushed if you want to store items in your loft space. If you don't fit loft legs over the 270 millimetres of loft insulation you'll crush it and reduce the effectiveness of the insulation by 50 % . Would recommend.

Just had cavity wall insulation installed by Heat Insulation under Government green scheme. Very efficient service from initial survey to completion. Staff both office and installers were polite and helpful, they left the job spotlessly clean, would highly recommend
