Ross did a brilliant job of advising on which air con unit we needed for the room and budget. It was really handy that he isn't linked to a specific manufacturer so we could choose anything. Other people we spoke to we had to use specific manufacturers. There was also no pushy selling which again we found other companies we spoke to very pushy it was nice to just get good advice and a quote. Install was brilliant, Ross was very clean and tidy and pre warned us when there will be noise (I work from home so very handy!). Once Installed he ran through setting up the app and the basics of running the Aircon. The unit is brilliant and not noisy at all and lovely and cool! Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend Ross to anyone looking to install a new air con unit!

Ross gave us a good quote for installation of air con in 2 bedrooms in our 3-storey house. We have a slightly complicated layout but he managed to work around our requirements. Really good timeframe for the works, kept us informed throughout and completed to a high standard - much better experience than another well known company who wouldn’t even come out to quote!
