Had a leaking pipe, from shower above kitchen. They called first to give me an arrival time and were there exactly on time. Leak identified and fixed within the hour. Very friendly and professional.

Absolutely fantastic service. Both Naveed and his colleague were so professional and genuine and talked us through everything. They really saved us a fortune. We had a bad leak coming from our toilet affecting our downstairs kitchen ceiling. They came out after working hours, phoned me to keep me updated on when they would be there and when doing the work (they had to go through a big tile in bathroom) to get to toilet they even covered all the bathroom so that it was unaffected with the dust. Then they went out and purchased a fitting and fitted it where the hole was. The care and communication was brilliant. These will be my go to for any gas, plumbing issues and i have them saved in my phone. Absolutely brilliant!

Had a leaking pipe, only noticeable when staining on ceiling in kitchen. Placed a call out and within 2hrs (including travel time!) problem fixed and everything back to normal. Friendly and Professional. Explained the job done afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Placed a call to OVO and within 24 hours Navid from Heat Source Ltd arranged a visit. When on site Naveed and Hamid were friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed the failing part. As soon as the part was available from OVO the were both back out, fitted and tested the system all within 40 minutes. A good experience from OVO but the engineers, knew what they were doing and gave us an excellent experience. Heat Source is now in my address book. Thanks guys.
