Heater Shop

Ordered on the 29th for stock which was claimed to be arriving on the 30th. 4 days later it has supposedly been despatched. 2 working days with the courier still expecting the parcel. There’s been zero communication other than an order confirmation. I’m starting to feel this is a fraudulent website.

I ordered from Jersey channel islands, These arrived extremely quick. All good. We will be highly recommending the heater shop to our friends. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

Great price & delivered on time, thats all you can ask for these days. Hopefully a great product to but not tried it yet

Fantastic service from initial enquiry to point of order to next day delivery. Excellent service from the delivery driver Highly recommend 5 *

used this site for a few years now. always efficient delivery and a fair price. the electrorad radiatoprs i get are heavy and elivered on a pallet so heatershop's customer service team always ring to check about a delivery date and are always polite and efficient.

Have used Heater Shop quite a few times now both for personal purchasing & business purchasing. Excellent value, all products sent are of quality expected. Service has always been exceptional. Always a bit concerned when purchasing high value goods on line never had a problem and have recommended which is something I don't do. Would highly recommend.

Bought 3 HHR storage heaters and they work amazingly. I did have issues with Delivery in which Sophie and Tasha in customer services tried to resolve. Seems like Parcel Force deliveries caused the issues. Manager Louise did arrange for new delivery. I was initially upset about delivery problems, but with hindsight The heater Shop weren't really at fault. Thank you Louise for everything you did and I apologies if I was a tad upset. I know you guys were in a difficult situation with Parcel Force. I just feel it's important to relay the facts and I'm definitely happy to use your company again A+++ Thank you all
