Heatwave boiler care Ltd

Very thorough in examining the existing plumbing installation. Charged only for 1 hour call-out, although he spent longer. Knowledgeable and answered questions patiently.

Simon turned up at the appointed time to flush out my 95 year old mother-in-law’s central heating system. He was recommended to me by a former colleague after she had repairs done on her boiler. He was very professional and polite and completed the job in a timely fashion. He took the time to explain to her what he was going to do and how long he thought it would take. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is in need of his services.

Simon quoted us for the removal of an existing old boiler and the installation of a new one. The price quoted was competitive and cheaper than two other quotations. Having read Simon & Heatwave Boiler care Ltd reviews and meeting him on n person we chose Simon to undertake the work required. Simon was punctual on arrival and I could not believe he worked non stop from 8.00am through till 6.00pm to complete the work. Simon doesn't rush his work. He is methodical in his outlook on the work in hand. He does not take short cuts and takes great pride in the work he undertakes. I would go as far to say Simon is meticulous in his work. After completing the work Simon patiently showed us how to operate the Hive heating control system. I would strongly and reliably recommend Simon/ Heatwave Boiler Care Ltd to undertake work if you want a 5 star reliable and reputable tradesperson. Bal.

Simon is very professional. He quickly identified the problem with the boiler and promptly replaced the faulty part. Very professional service and highly recommended. ⭐️🔧

Having previously had a service on our boiler by Simon my husband and I decided it was time to invest in a new one so we arranged for Simon to give us a quote which we accepted. We agreed a date for fitting and Simon and Steve arrived promptly with email and text reminders of the date. They completed the work in a day with no issues and respecting our property. Two professional and friendly approachable men who were a pleasure to have in our home. Any questions we had prior to the work were answered promptly by email or telephone and nothing was too much trouble. I can give Heatwave boiler care Ltd high recommendation.

Simon was incredible. We have a little one at home and just surprised with a broken receiver. He came out very quickly, had the job done right in no time and very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend highly enough and our new go to.

I had a boiler service completed by Simon yesterday, who replied to my call promptly I had reminders before arrival and he completed the job quickly and efficiently, leaving the place tidy. I have already recommended him to family. Very pleased.
