HeatWave Manchester - Plumbing Heating Gas

Had HeatWave Manchester out to upgrade our gas supply pipework ahead of a combi boiler install later this year. The existing pipe was undersized for what the new boiler would need, so they came out, assessed the whole run from the meter through to the kitchen, and upgraded it to the correct diameter to handle the higher gas flow rate. Really impressed with how thorough it was — they explained why the upgrade was needed (didn’t want to just say ‘trust me’), worked cleanly, and made sure everything was tidied away and tested properly before signing off. All fully certified and Gas Safe registered, which gave us peace of mind given it’s not something you want done on the cheap. Now the pipework’s ready and waiting for when we get the new combi fitted, no need to dig back into walls or floors again. Professional, punctual, and clearly know their stuff. Would recommend to anyone getting ready for a boiler upgrade.

Lukasz has done work at my house on three occasions and he is just great- turns up for the appointment as planned; is really really lovely to deal with; and does a great job. He has serviced my boiler and rebalanced the radiators (which I previously could get no heat from at all) and now my house is lovely and warm. Lukasz has a “can do” attitude, gets on with the jobs and cleans up afterwards. A great plumber - a keeper!
