The company offers a free survey and fixed quotes, and provides ongoing servicing and maintenance. It installs Bosch Climate 7000i systems with a 7-year guarantee. It serves Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Fareham, Bournemouth and Salisbury. It installs air conditioning for homes, flats, offices and retail spaces.

A strong standard of installation runs through the feedback for this Southampton heating and air conditioning specialist. More than one customer describes work carried out to a high standard, whether the job involved a new boiler or air conditioning units fitted upstairs and downstairs to cool an entire property during the warmer months. Punctuality comes up repeatedly, with engineers arriving when arranged, talking customers through the work and finishing within the expected timeframe.

Several accounts note the clear advice given on choosing a suitable unit, an approach that helped one household settle on the right specification before any fitting began. Tidiness is another recurring point, as teams are described as leaving the property clean and tidy once the work is complete, a detail that suggests care is taken with the home as well as the equipment.

The same engineers are called polite, considerate and honest, and long-standing customers note that the firm has handled a variety of tasks around the home over several years. Pricing is raised as fair for the standard of work delivered, with one account describing the combination of sensible cost and solid craftsmanship as unusual. The advice offered before installation and the neat finish afterwards are the aspects that appear most often, alongside the willingness of the team to explain each stage and answer questions.
