When I relocated to Northampton I inherited a shoddily built en suite shower room converted from a 1930s kitchen. It needed ripping out and building again from scratch. To complicate things a macerator connecting the WC to a 2.5 inch waste from a former kitchen sink, lay hidden behind a false wall. The room also contained a cupboard housing a washing machine. High Acre Developments were a life saver. John suggested replacing the ridiculous non locking sliding door with a conventional one, building a stud wall across to isolate the washing machine cupboard and cutting a new doorway to create separate access to the machine from the adjacent room. He project managed the far from straightforward job, coordinated plasterer, carpenter, electrician and tiler and installed a four inch waste pipe in place of the Macerator, not to mention a shed load of other plumbing. John and his team transformed the space into a beautiful practical, fully tiled shower room with all new sanitary ware and fittings. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Communication was first class throughout and the standard of workmanship excellent, all at a fair price. Everyone was careful, courteous, friendly and most helpful. All in all a most positive experience. Delighted.

John replaced my old combi boiler and a leaking radiator. He did a fantastic job and it was at a good price, I couldn't be happier. He was reliable, very helpful including the online thermostat and how to use it and he left everything as it was before (maybe better 😅) I would 100% recommend him.

John replaced our c/h gas boiler a year ago. From the first visit to the last he was always punctual, efficient, extremely competent and courteous. His quote was the best I received. His workmanship, exemplary. The boiler has performed throughout as it should, silently, as programmed, efficiently. Previously the system was a bit noisy. Since John, not a peep ; just a low hum and that only if one listens closely to the pump. His work is neat, tidy, logical- a delight to see. I recommend him without hesitation.
