Home Heat Care Services

In Aberdeen, Home Heat Care Services has earned consistent praise for its work across heating systems, with customers returning to the same themes again and again. Ivan stands out as a named member of staff whose visits are described as courteous, swift and meticulous, and who is credited with identifying a fault that other heating engineers had overlooked, sourcing the component and finishing the repair on the same day. Punctuality and communication feature heavily, both when booking and on the day itself, with updates on arrival times and a willingness to accommodate tight schedules.

Workmanship comes in for frequent commendation, spanning annual boiler servicing under contract to a full heating system installation incorporating a Worcester 1000 unit, a magnetic filter and a smart thermostat. Customers also note that areas are left clean and tidy afterwards, and they value the patient, plain explanations offered about ongoing upkeep. Several accounts mention comprehensive checks and safety tests being carried out as a matter of course, giving householders confidence in the results and a stated intention to book again.
