Home Heating's Mark Dicker and his apprentice, Callum, did a first class job installing a new boiler for us. They were courteous, friendly and professional throughout and couldn't do enough to make sure our central heating system was completely up to date and efficient. They cleaned up where-ever they went in the house. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Heating.

Mark and his apprentice, Callum, installed a new boiler and pump for us this week. From our initial meeting where Mark visited us at home to provide a quote, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the products he recommended. He talked us through 2 different options and helped us to come to a decision about the system that suited us best. His communication from booking onwards has been excellent and both he and Callum were extremely polite and respectful during the days they were working in the house. Before leaving, Mark took the time to explain the work carried out and checked that we were happy with the service provided. I’d happily recommend Home Heating to anyone.

After my poor experience with large national providers, Home heating Ltd were recommended to me. There is a distinction between those tradesmen who are merely professionally competent, and those who are a breed apart. Mark falls into the latter category - as does his colleague Les who carried out the boiler installation at my rental property. Their professional excellence; unwavering politeness and ethical disposition restored my respect for plumbers, which had deteriorated in my endeavours of obtaining quotes for the work. This had left me thinking I had wandered into a parallel reality, where all the plumbers I contacted had metamorphosed into second-hand car salesmen, such was their mercenary demeanour. Mark did not exhibit such an attitude; his quote was among the most competitive, but what is beyond monetary value is his professional integrity. Which is testified to by his dedication to customer care, and consistency of responsiveness; replying to emails at night - even after the work has been completed, and payment made. Very pleased with Home Heating. In and out exactly as they said despite moving the boiler into the loft this time. 2nd time I've used them and wouldn't go through the hassle of trying anyone else for any heating work. Good lads, great job.
