Kooka Group

A couple of our exterior walls appeared colder and I contacted a number of cavity wall companies and selected Kooka. They sent a surveyor who examined the walls and explained that the existing insulation had deteriorated and clearly outlined the options for replacement. Quote accepted and their engineers arrived, on a very hot day, and worked really hard to complete the extraction and returned later that week to install the Instabead insulation. All the people that I dealt with either on-site or in the office were pleasant, efficient and keen to help. Work was completed to a high professional standard.

It's not directly company related, but I wanted to let you know that we were involved in a car accident on the motorway on Saturday at around 3:00 pm. Two of your employees stopped to check if we were alright and kindly provided us with camera footage from their van, which was travelling behind us and recorded the entire incident. Their help has been invaluable for our insurance claim. Your employees were absolutely amazing. Please pass on our sincere thanks to them. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you.

Kooka did a great job on my terraced house. They installed external insulation, then rendered on top. Throughout the whole process, they answered every question I had and kept professional, consistent and brilliant communication with me. When I asked about how external insulation may affect the ability for my home to "breathe", as the news had been talking about black mould and damp build-up due to external insulation - the team at Kooka put me at ease immediately, explaining that they would be adding vents to allow for the natural air flow required by my property. I am fully impressed by the team's work, and I will definitely be using them again if needed in the future!

We live in a 1929 built semi with solid nine inch brick walls with the difficulty of getting to and maintaining a comfortable temperature over the winer months. So we decided to look into external wall insulation. After several quotes we decided to get Kooka Developments to do the work. Not the cheapest but still competitive and recommended by a friend. The whole project took around six days to complete with breaks for the awful weather. I'm really impressed with Roman and the lads who carried out the work. Their attention to detail was great and I'm extremely happy with the overall finish.

I had Kooka install loft insulation and cavity wall insulation as two separate jobs in December. In both cases I received excellent communication with the company regarding the arrangements for the work. The work itself was to a high standard and the areas were left clean and tidy. I would use Kooka again for any work and would recommend them to anyone who needs insulation work on their building.

Kooka did an excellent job installing our external wall insulation along with the stone features. Dean,Bobby and the team were professional, efficient, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend their services..5 stars!

We recently had cavity wall insulation installed by Kooka and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The pricing was clear and competitive, with no pressure or hard sell at any point, which we really appreciated. The service was professional and well organised throughout, and they even managed to fit us in within a couple of weeks before Christmas, meaning we’re now nice and toasty going into the winter period. Would happily recommend them.
