We had struggled to find someone able to fix an issue with our underfloor heating pump that had left us with no heating. Our Homecare plan and other tradesmen were unable to help. We contacted Mearns Energy Solutions after a desparate Google Search, and were really impressed with the service - Muhammad came out at night just to help us, fixed everything, had all the materials and spare parts to hand, checked it all worked before leaving, and the price was incredibly reasonable. He was polite, courteous and very helpfully answered our questions and explained what was wrong so that we understood things. We were very pleased with the service and they really inspired confidence. Mearns Energy Solutions are clearly very experienced and confident at handling any sort of technical issue to do with heating and plumbing. They really know their stuff and we would highly recommend them.

Just had my new boilers installed today. I couldn't be any happier with the service. The 2 men were professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how everything works and answered all my questions. The new boilers are working perfectly fine, once they finished they're job they waited for the whole house to heat up before they left. So we didn't have any doubts. They worked all day and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company.

Had our new boiler fitted through the eco scheme. The 2 gents were friendly, helpful and professional. Worked solidly all day and cleaned up after themselves. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Now have excellent heating and hot water on tap. Thank you both.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Mohammed Zubain and his apprentice fitted a new boiler in our flat 6 months ago, under the Eco4 scheme. The following day our flat and the neighbours below got flooded because this company didn't secure the water pipe coming from the boiler to the sink outlet. The cost to rectify their damage was £800 and all these months later they have refused to pay up. They won't even give their insurance company's name to enable us to claim public liability from them and I have to question whether they are insured at all. Avoid this 2 man band joke of a company at all costs or pay the piper for the damage they leave in their wake. The head honcho Mohammed Zubain was very rude and condescending. I have reported the company to Eco4 complaints body and just awaiting the outcome.

Excellent service from the team. Very hard working, respectful and friendly. I am over the moon with my new boiler and central heating. Would definitely recommend this company. 5 star service.
