Moore Insulation Ltd

In Speke and the surrounding Liverpool area, Moore Insulation Ltd has handled insulation work for commercial clients, with reviewers describing the completion of works on new premises as a job done to a high standard. Praise that comes up often concerns the professionalism and manners of the staff on site, with customers noting that the team behaved well while carrying out the contract. Several accounts highlight the quality of the finished insulation, and one commercial client felt confident enough to recommend the company to other businesses. The service is also described as fantastic, suggesting that the experience from start to finish met expectations.

Alongside this, a recurring complaint among the fuller sample concerns billing, with one customer alleging overcharging and describing the workmanship as shoddy, which sits awkwardly against the otherwise positive reports. The mixed picture means that while the standard of installation and the conduct of the workforce are frequently praised, the cost and finish have not satisfied everyone who has left feedback. The company continues to take on commercial insulation projects, and the feedback tends to focus on the professionalism of the staff and the results achieved on site.
