I had a fantastic experience with Origin Energy Services from start to finish. The External wall insulation began with a professional survey at my home, where everything was explained to me clearly. They provided a detailed report so I could understand exactly what work was needed, and they also took the time to explain important things like background ventilation and how it would benefit my property in the long run. Once I agreed to go ahead, the team kept me updated every step of the way. When the work started, they were punctual, tidy, and very respectful of my home. The external wall insulation was completed to a very high standard, and the finish looks amazing – it’s transformed the appearance of the house. More importantly, I’ve already noticed how much warmer and more comfortable it feels indoors. I really appreciated how organised and transparent Origin Energy Services were throughout the whole journey. From the initial survey to the final handover, I always felt in safe hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind. Absolutely brilliant service.
