5-star service. Steve was super professional and clear with his feedback - boiler serviced and gas reconnected to the hob along with a new part so we can be confident going into the colder months - all wrapped up in an hour. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service. Our old boiler finally given up and I knew Steve from previously working at Ideal. Steve explained what he needed to do but worked around us so we could still get on with our day. Job done ✅ quickly and efficiently. Even down to removing some tiles in the kitchen with minimum mess and mounting up the new Halo controller. Thank you for a great service!

Steve has serviced my boiler over the last 2 years, and when several parts went at once leaving me without heating and hot water, I contacted him straightaway and he came out as soon as he could to assess what had happened. Although it was theoretically possible to replace the parts, he emphasised that there was no guarantee that it would actually fix the problem in the long-term. He advised me of the options available, including installing a new boiler, and was - as always - transparent about prices and timescales. Karen was very helpful with booking the work in and answering my questions, which was greatly appreciated. On the day of installation, Steve: installed the new boiler; disposed of the old system and flue; registered the installation with Building Regs, the Gas Safe Register, and the manufacturer to validate the guarantee; vacuumed the floor in the room where the boiler is situated, and showed me exactly how to use the new digital system. As always, communication was great, prices were competitive, and I received a great service all round. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ox Heating, and will continue to use them in future.
