I would absolutely 100% recommend Pinder Cooling, I have a busy sunbed shop with 4 aircon units that were constantly playing up! They've been amazing everytime I've rang, they've got to us as soon as possible and diagnosed the problem straight away and always got out and repaired them as soon as they can! Flawless process. Only company to do a site visit, prompt quote but no sales pressure. Price was reasonable and Karl the installer couldn't have been more helpful. Only bedroom unit so far but saving up for another in the lounge. Very happy customer

Andrew came out to see the property and talked me through the process, a few weeks later Mark & Charlie came to do the air conditioning installation. The whole process was easy, efficient, and very professionally done. I now have a great air conditioning system

i have just had a multi split unit installed at my house , A 3 room system. Andrew came out and quoted the job, My wife noticed he was very polite and had a keen eye for detail. we were happy with the quote and gave the go ahead. we were booked in for installation shortly after. When the two engineers came Karl and Jason , they were on time and got cracking immediately . They were both Great blokes and did a fantastic job with the install, from keeping everything clean and tidy to taking the time to explain the process and how the units worked and helping to set the wifi compatibility up on my Smartphone. I think it says a lot about a Company when the employees talk positively about how they enjoy there work and the company they work for! if you are thinking of having air conditioning installed , i would highly recommend Pinder Cooling Ltd . Pinder Cooling provided excellent customer service from first contact. The whole team were professional and knowledgeable. They completed the installation around dates we specifically requested and carried out the installation quickly and efficiently, with no disruption. The engineers carried out the works with attention to detail and cleanliness, they put down dust sheets inside and cleaned up after themselves, even had their own vacuum cleaner to remove any bits in addition to putting the furniture back which we had moved to allow them to access spaces. Pinder also arranged for electricians to complete the mains supplies for the units who were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Communication from first contact to completion was excellent, even down to a telephone call a couple of days after to check we were happy with everything. Would recommended if you're looking for a reliable and customer friendly company.

What a great company to deal with who are extremely professional from start to finish. I had a dual external unit and two internal units fitted in my house, one in the living room and one in the bedroom at a very reasonable price by two very professional highly skilled engineers who are a great set of lads who covered everything in both rooms to make sure there was no mess. They checked everything with me at each step to make sure I was happy with the work and placement of each unit. Andrew Pinder himself also called me a couple of days before the install to give me peace of mind that all the kit had been delivered to his warehouse and he was ready and looking forward to my install in a couple of days. Very efficient high standards skilled company to work with. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
