Nottingham-based Reliable Renewables Heat Pump Servicing has built a loyal following among heat pump owners, with Daniel named repeatedly in accounts of servicing, repairs and annual maintenance visits. Reviewers often mention his punctuality, often receiving a message with an estimated arrival time before he turns up, and more than one customer describes how he explains the work clearly before and after carrying it out. The depth of his knowledge stands out, particularly when dealing with unfamiliar systems or air-source units that need glycol topping up, draining or an airlock clearing.

Something that features in review after review is his willingness to attend at short notice, including one occasion when a system left faulty by another plumber was restored so a household could have heating again, and another where a vulnerable customer was seen within an hour. Tidiness is noted too, with one customer remarking that the work area was left spotless after a service that improved efficiency and reduced noise. Reviewers also value the annual service programme, the system flush offered as an extra, and the peace of mind it brings. Common threads include reliability, fair dealing, professionalism and a friendly manner on every visit.
