Roofing and Insulation Services Ltd

A few damaged roof tiles had started causing problems, so I arranged a repair rather than leaving it to get worse. The team arrived when expected, assessed the damage and replaced the affected tiles professionally. They were polite, tidy and straightforward throughout, and the roof is now looking much better.

An overall excellent experience. Charlie’s responsiveness from start to finish was exemplary. The work appears to be of a high quality (the proof of this will be when the weather changes!) and was supported with ‘before and after’ photos. Given the difficulty of finding a company willing to do the work and what was completed within a short timeframe, I consider the price of it perfectly acceptable. Highly recommended.

We’ve just had our insulation replaced and the outside rendering touched up and repainted, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Charlie the owner and the lads were absolutely amazing, by skill, hardworking, and a real pleasure to have around. They brought such a great energy to the job, funny, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept everything tidy, explained what they were doing, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Our home looks fantastic, and the difference in warmth is already noticeable ( even in this heatwave at the moment). I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Proper craftsmen with brilliant personalities, a rare combination these days. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Can't thank Charlie enough for carrying out a spray foam removal on a prospective property purchase. He was compassionate and generous with his experienced advice from start to finish. The work was carried out efficiently and without delay. Thanks to him, what could have been the end of the road for our move was remedied with ease and professionalism. No hesitation to express my recommendation. I'm incredibly grateful for the time Charlie took and the service provided.

Had my roofing done. The team were just great. Kept me updated every step of the way, wrapped up earlier than expected and left the place really tidy. Really pleased with how it all went!

Had issues with my roof and Charlie and the team were spot on. Turned up on time and got the job done properly. They also provided a detailed invoice which really helped me keep on top of the budget. Amazing work.
