Staffordshire Heating Ltd

Households that depend on solid-fuel conversions, oil cookers and ageing boilers appear throughout accounts of work by Andy Dale and Staffordshire Heating Ltd. Andy is repeatedly described as knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, with several customers noting that he travels beyond his usual patch, including into Derbyshire, for appliances such as Aga and Esse cookers, Rayburns, and Grant and Mistral boilers. One thing mentioned again and again is the thoroughness of his maintenance, with neglected boilers cleaned, serviced and adjusted until they run correctly, and reasonable pricing mentioned alongside.

Reliability and punctuality recur, one customer noting an early arrival, while others praise quick, efficient responses when faults emerge. Tidiness and respect for property are highlighted, as is Andy's readiness to explain and programme settings that customers find complicated. Feedback also covers servicing of underfloor systems, chimneys and boilers, together with larger installation projects spread across nearly four years, where confidence in his advice is given as a reason for returning. Servicing stays the common thread, especially for appliances that are hard to place elsewhere.
