She went above and beyond this time to make sure my repair was sorted as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. Superb set of visits from Status Heating after a complex breakdown of CH, OVO my CH mtc/ins contract provided them. Clean skilled decent knowledgeable polite and efficient. They don't mess around and they know exactly what they are doing, pleasant that they keep the continuity of staff on a job too. I've had many engineers around in the past (our system is over 30 years old, lovely Glow-worm now Vaillant) been with OVO and consistently been impressed by them and Status Heating. Happy to recommend them for any job big or small!
