T F Heating and Plumbing Ltd

Excellent service. I recommend this business for professional assistants. I had a power flush done, the boiler system is working better than when it was installed. The engineer was knowledgeable and competent and kept me informed what was happening and why the system caused problems, wish I had my boiler installed by them. 10/10

Absolutely recommend TF Heating and Plumbing Ltd. Paweł and his team were super professional from start to finish. They were very clean, polite and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They changed our gas system to a heat pump and explained everything properly along the way, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. Very honest and transparent service. We were originally given a longer waiting time, but they actually managed to complete the work much faster, which made a massive difference for us during the renovation. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.

Heating and Plumbing did a very good job — everything was completed efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with the results. We had telephone contact with Ms. Karolina, who was very helpful, provided us with all the necessary information, and assisted us with the organization of the whole process. We highly recommend this company!

I contacted the company about a leaking shower, which required a valve replacement. The plumber they sent said that the valve wasn’t a standard one and he wouldn’t take on the job. He suggested replacing the entire shower unit, which would mean breaking into the wall and tiles. After a five‑minute visit from the plumber, which cost me £108, I found the model of my shower and the correct valve online myself — it took me 15 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this company.

New bath fitted which was very heavy, Stefan and the team sorted it out , removed the old and installed the new without any issues. Once again I will continue to use TF and I would highly recommend them.

Dear Thomas I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the wonderful job on our bathroom. The new shower tray looks fantastic, and I truly appreciate that you went above and beyond to also change the toilet. The whole bathroom looks very nice thanks to your efforts. Your employees were extremely professional throughout the process. They left the place in a clean state and even showed us the finished work before leaving, which gave us great confidence in the quality of the job. It’s clear that you really care about making your customers feel appreciated and happy. Thank you again for everything—you and your team did an excellent job.
