When we returned we found the thermostat was no longer working. I contacted Tri power to advise & they sent a new part in the post within a couple of days (without any charge). We recived the part via next day delivery. Thermostat has now been fitted & we are fully operational again. Great customer service & prompt resolution. I would highly recommend. Thanks
Just want to thank the team at Tri-power, especially Denise, Wayne and Neil, for all their help - their advice and technical assistance in getting my Rotex Theta control box repaired and back to me quickly and efficiently is very much appreciated - merci beaucoup et très bien!
