Kadeem was recommended to me and responded to phonecalls/texts in a timely manner. Kadeem kept me up to speed in regards to the time of his arrival. He put on shoe coverings without prompting on entering my home. He was thorough, explained what the issue was and what was needed to remedy the fault. Thankfully, due to his knowledge and experience he knew what the issue was and carried the spare part with him; which meant he could repair my boiler straightaway. He finished the job ahead of schedule and tidied up after himself. All in all l am very pleased with the work carried out. Kadeem is friendly, respectful, professional and knowledgeable.
