These were quickly dispatched and delivered with no fuss by Royal Mail. Unlike the palaver when ordering from a competitor who used a private courier (never arrived). I only gave 4 stars because, as a competent DIY’r, a wee bit of paper with some guidance is always appreciated.
I have bought 6 16mm to 15mm couplers and I must say, they are very impressive bits of kit! The clown that installed all water fixings in my house used 16mm UFH pipe. This has caused me untold issues trying to change over the bathrooms. Then I discovered UFH Direct. They had exactly the equipment I need to convert my pipework. Only issue I have had has been the delivery of my most recent purchase, that is not UFH's issue though, that was the Royal Mail, who evidently deliver to wherever they feel like, send you a picture and expect you to become Inspector Clouseau to track it down.
