Venus Heating Solutions

Huge thanks to Vijay and Jenexan for the new boiler install! It’s such a relief to have everything running smoothly. The service was friendly, tidy, and very professional. If you need a reliable gas engineer, look no further.

Venus Heating Solutions are so professional and reliable. Our long term plumbing issues were sorted out thoroughly and work better than when initially installed. This company is now our go to plumbers. Thank you so much.

Excellent emergency service. Had a heating problem and Vijay responded quickly, diagnosed the issue straight away, and fixed it efficiently. Very professional , kind and reliable, highly recommend. I will definitely use the service again. Many Thanks Venus Heating Solution.

Vijayan is without a doubt the best technician/engineer I’ve ever met. He’s always been incredibly honest, thorough with the job, and very skilled at just getting the job done. I fully trust and recommend his services.

I can rate 5* to Vijay services, Venus heating in Swindon. Never turns down unless he is out of station, and can easily understand the complex circuits within boiler, heater and its related stuff. He has got ample of experience to make boiler work and touch the root cause. He serviced boiler and attended for incident calls, many times at my home. He is my primary contact for boiler related stuff. I have even passed on his number to few others in my groups too...

Great service. Vijay's son is now qualified and did my service for my boiler. Very clean, tidy, polite.

Vijay was very professional. He answered my call while on the road, was able to fit me in quickly, and arrived promptly within the 1 hour window he gave on that first call. He was open and clear about the cost of the work involved, broke his quote into parts, and was happy to only what we selected, he was not at all pushy. When we needed him back for a second fix, he again fitted us in within a few days, and to the hour. He was happy to provide all the paperwork we might need in the future. All up, very professional.
