Today Connor came to look at the work needed at my house. It was great to have a thorough inspection of the property and it just happened to be raining on the day which revealed more . Everything was explained clearly and precisely with a itemised quote for necessary repairs and options. I’ve found the right company here.
Peter and John were fantastic and really efficient. They explained everything and what was recommended and reasons why. Honesty about there being no damp was such a relief and they chatted me through what they tested. Fantastic service especially for it being free
Peter did a free damp survey and explained everything in terms we understood. He offered solutions and left us with a quote. We were very happy with the whole experience .
Connor did a free damp survey in Manchester, was extremely thorough, explained where the issues were and how they could be fixed and clearly explained why the areas of damp were occurring. He clarified which elements of work were a priority to work around my budget. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable - definitely recommend!
Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Pete the surveyor was very thorough. He checked all around the house and gave us lots of helpful advice without putting us under any pressure. We decided to purchase a PIV and DMV to help alleviate condensation in the house. We were kept informed by the office and reminded about our appointment. Harry and Tyler who fitted the equipment were pleasant and polite. They did a lovely, neat job, were very respectful of our property and cleaned up properly afterwards. Would recommend this company very highly.
Peter did a free damp survey for us in Bury and he was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and approved by my cats too. Excellent service
Josh was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. His investigations were thorough and his proposed remedies were tailored to my personal wishes and circumstances. The resultating quotation was comprehensive and the proposed cost reasonable. I found that the whole process inspired confidence.
