Jamie could not have been more helpful with an underfloor heating issue in our recently purchased house. He did everything possible to avoid us needing a call-out, talking through our issue in clear language, and more than a twist of humour. Ultimately we did need a home visit, and the plumber he sent was really efficient, helpful and friendly. We now have a working system and a clearer understanding of how underfloor heating should function. Jamie is busy but on each occasion I rang, I either got through immediately or had a call back swiftly. Great customer service, not unreasonable cost given the distance, and a reassurance from the get-go that the issue would be resolved. Throughly recommended!
