XKYEnergy Limited covers heating and renewable energy work across Edinburgh, and the feedback collected from customers consistently points to a knowledgeable and responsive team. Engineers such as Zoltan, Tibor and Ryan are singled out for their expertise, with Hanan in the office praised for efficient scheduling and clear communication about arrival times. Installations of air source and ground source heat pumps, gas and wood pellet boilers, solar thermal equipment and photovoltaic panels recur in accounts, and reviewers describe careful, methodical workmanship.

A theme that emerges repeatedly is punctuality and reliability, with visits starting when promised and continuing until every part of the system has been checked and explained. Tidiness is mentioned often, including carpets being covered and work areas cleaned before the team leaves. Customers also value the honest explanations of what is required and the straightforward approach to costs.

Emergency call-outs and difficult faults, such as pipework damaged by rodents, are handled quickly and calmly, with updates provided throughout. Long-standing clients note that routine servicing keeps their heating performing better, and several have returned over multiple years for maintenance and new projects. The manner of the staff, described as friendly and patient, adds to the confidence customers place in the firm for both domestic heating and renewable installations, including the fitting of solar panels alongside heat pumps.
