EDIT: my best advise don't use this company... If you do, ask for Paul he's competent and polite But as for the company as a whole, completely unsatisfactory .. don't bother making a complaint to the manager 'BENJAMIN' he couldn't give a toss and if you want any communication with him be prepared to go back and fourth for months on end EDIT: now a month since anyone last spoke to us, job still not completed, started in April we're now in November, ridiculous This company has not treated us very well at all Just because we don't own our house we seem to get treated like we don't matter They came to do loft insulation and broke our loft door and bodged it back on and tried to fix it without our knowledge to which we discovered the next day when it came crashing down to the floor (this is SERIOUS, it could have seriously hurt someone) We're not monsters, accidents happen, all they had to do was tell us Plus their idea of getting rid of the old insulation was throwing the bin bags from the top of the stairs down across the hallway and out the front door .... Messing every where up with fibreglass Whilst carrying out cavity wall insulation they trampled our plants and two of the holes had been left without being cemented back over Also the mess theyd left behind after was not on, there was brick dust and bits of brick on EVERYTHING! My driveway, benches, chairs windows, it took me ages to clean everything I cannot imagine for one second that they would have left it like this at a private property Also the reception staff are extremely rude and impolite down the phone Found them very pushy, were trying to force an appointment on me because it suited them whilst telling me "Its external, so you don't even need to be there" I've seen the work they've done while I was home, I can only imagine what it would be like if I wasn't !! & When an appointment was made after I said I'd be home before 1, they inform me the day before theyd be coming anytime after 1:00 and tells me "well hopefully you can sort your day out" Also having to constantly chase them up over the space of about 3 months to get it all done Unfortunately Being housing association we don't get a choice in which company carries out the works Just treated us with no respect it's not nice & at the end of the day we may rent but this is our home

Disappointed by the mess the cavity wall people left all over the garden. Had a different person do loft insulation who seemed to work hard.

Well what shambles. They turned up sat in their vans for hour then when did start drill broke so another wasted hour . Got new one ,commenced doing wall filling then the pipe burst spilling foam on my front lawn . After scooping it up the rest was blown all over my front lawn , quoting " the birds will use for nests" wrong . Pots are back left in way of path and my back gate left wide open. Terrible job. Maybe council house still show respect to people's surroundings.

On behalf of the council they were supposed to attend my property for an evaluation of the current insulation. It was a no show. A few weeks later I received a call claiming they’d been trying to get hold of me with an inferred blame that I had somehow negligently been incommunicado. On being told that their representative never arrived the call handler haughtily insisted that their representative had come. Having now read previous poor reviews it would appear that this has occurred previously to other householders. They’ve now rebooked. As the old saying goes “If you expect disappointment you’ll have no unpleasant surprises”. I have to take back the above review as it turns out they were given the wrong address by the city council. I’ve now given a three star rating in lieu of of when I do final have my survey undertaken

Shame the driver of AU23GWA isn’t as professional as the company looks giving hand gestures whilst overtaking due to them not getting upto speed on a slip road isn’t necessarily.

He turned up rang my non working doorbell never thought to knock .Stood in front of my door for a few moments left returned to his van and walked his dog In 1st choices defence they did offer to ring him and get him to return .
