ACRC did a great job fitting two aircon units in my cafe. From quote to install was a quick turnaround. The job was carried out to the highest standard and in keeping with the theme with the cafe (dark grey unit for the customer area looks really smart). This was a great attention to detail. Have used these guys for a while now and they've completed both industrial and domestic air conditioning jobs for me, with more to come. Highly recommended from start to finish. From the advice at initial consultation to ensure the unit would suit our needs, to the quick turnaround time for installation. Excellent workmanship from the two engineers, who were very polite and curteous of working in the house. Their work was very neat and tidy, they used good quality products and they cleared everything away after they had finished. They stuck at the job to make sure it was finished in the same day, working later to complete the job, we appreciate they put in a long day as it was a big job. They provided assistance in setting the unit up on the app and their overall service and workmanship is highly recommended.

Having had my air source heat pump installed by another company which no longer is. I noticed that the water was not heating up so I called a local company ACRC out of hours who got me in touch with Trevor and Austin. Both were really understanding of my situation and assisted me over the phone with some trouble shooting which worked. I will definitely be going back to ACRC for their business and expertise.
