They promised customer the earth, tell them what they want to hear but only offer "promo pack" when turning up with promo pack materials customer asks wheres rest as they want complete loft boarded old insulation removed new insulation installed and disposed of None of this information is relayed to fitters and leaves customers with no work being carried out. We wasted 3 days driving round sorting out their own surveys to be withheld payments on invoices The legal team is now dealing with this but a warning to all potential customers AVOID !

Seen an advertisement online, enquired with them, within a few days they had a very knowledgeable surveyor out to my property and confirmed what I needed.
