Ark Insulation Installers

Middle management company that sub-contracts work. They were used to work on my home as part of Eco3 government scheme. They sub-contracted work to Saviour Energy who ruined my home, did not finish the job and left me without heating. ARK insulation avoided to help support me and insisted to contact the subcontractor directly absolving any involvement themselves. My recommendation is to seek tradesman independently and avoid this company who’ll take your money then not support you when there are issues.

Unprofessional and unreliable, avoid at all costs. Sent a surveyor out pulled out floor boards for survey, did not assemble them back. Inconsiderate costumer service . Scam!

I am a previous recipient of this grant and Ark Insulations services. As much as I’ve read the previous reviews (admittedly after the work was completed) I would like to personally testify to the efficiency, professionalism and accuracy the lads abs ladies at Ark dealt with me. My boiler was in disrepair and I couldn’t afford a new one. This grant has literally been the difference between me having a warm house in the coldest months of winter and the bleak alternative of being cold 7 days a week until the funds could be raised to fix the boiler. So thank you to all the team, sincerely, thanks ….!

Stay away from this company real scam artist they wanted extra money

Very professional from start to finish. The surveyor was very experienced and knowledgeable and answered all our worries and concerns. We have laminated flooring in our lounge and was extremely worried when I was told they would have to remove this in order to put the insulation in. I can’t praise the team enough with their professionalism as we cannot tell the flooring was removed as was put back to a excellent high standard. Sam who was our main point of contact throughout was excellent giving constant updates on progress. The gas engineer from the team was also professional and we are very happy with our new boiler installation. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to our friends and family.

just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team. my boiler stop working i was referred from a friend to try this eco grant. at the start i did not believe it until i done some research and found out that the scheme actually does exit. i went ahead with this company and there were very helpful from the surveyor who came out to do my survey. The underfloor insulation explained everything before starting the job i was happy with the work. i wanted to move my boiler location the engineer was very helpful advised the best place to put the boiler and charged me a reasonable price as this was not covered on the grant. i would definitely recommend people to take advantage of this scheme as it has been very beneficial to me.
