Happy to have found this company. Really professional, efficient and friendly. Booking our boiler service, new heating controls, and a small repair was easy. Info about pricing etc was very clear and invoicing/paying was very straightforward. Conor did our service and repair, fitted our new controls and sorted out a slightly leaky radiator valve- he was competent, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and really helpful in talking us through everything. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

We have just had Warren and his colleague here to service our boiler. It is the first time we have used this company and they are a recommendation from Clint Glaister. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They were prompt and carried out the work with a smile on their faces. Totally clean and tidy in the workspace, a credit to BHE heating and plumbing. The job required the removal of a Back Boiler unit and replacing it with a Glowworm Boiler. My first contact with the office gave me the confidence to trust this company to do the work. The site survey was a further confidence booster. On the day the job required the removal of 3 water tanks and repositioning the boiler on to an outside wall, plus removing the old bank boiler unit and pipework.On arrival the installation team got straight on with the job, covering all the carpets in the various work areas. Having checked that the team had everything they needed, I went out, leaving them to get on with the work. When I returned a few hours later I was pleased to see that they had almost finished. I was given a satisfactory lesson on how to use the Hive and the Boiler. The team then cleared all their belongings away. The house and garden were all left in a good, clean condition. I was very impressed with the tidiness of all the work, the pipework was all well done. I highly recommend this company.

Staff are very efficient and friendly particularly Kathryn in the office who was very helpful when I had a major problem with my boiler. She organised for Connor to come and diagnose the problem urgently. This was really helpful as I needed to use my caravan as a relative was in a nearby hospital. I needed a new boiler and again that was sorted out quickly. Connor took great care installing the new boiler, going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The van was immaculate after the installation (no mean feat in my opinion) and he took time to ensure I understood the new system. I have no hesitation in recommending BHE and will be using them in future for all my servicing.

Office staff VERY helpful, friendly and do what they say they will and when! Engineers (Conor and Warren) in 2 different places very knowledgeable, explain what they are doing, don't add unnecessary work and leave the premises exactly as they found them. They are also friendly, professional and polite. BHE is an excellent, trustworthy company.
