Black Underfloor Ltd

Black Underfloor Ltd operates in Coventry, where it has a head office, and also maintains a Southern Office. Phil and Steve are named contacts at the company. It offers fixing systems, pipes, system design, manifolds and thermostats.

Underfloor heating systems and the components that support them form the core of what this Coventry specialist supplies, and the feedback reflects work on both full installations and smaller fixes. Customers who have returned across multiple projects note that the service stays consistent, whether the task involves a complete heating package or a single replacement part. Assembling every element of a house renovation system, together with clear plans for those carrying out the fitting, is a recurring theme, and one customer highlights how quickly the whole kit was drawn together.

Troubleshooting expertise also features strongly: a problem that two other tradesmen could not solve was resolved during a brief phone call at no charge. Aftercare receives consistent mention, including prompt despatch of a missing part and replacement of a thermostat that had developed a fault. Named team members appear in accounts, with Phil credited for coordinating a full system and Steve for patient diagnostic guidance. Positive energy and evident enthusiasm were noted by visitors who met the team at an industry exhibition, and long-standing clients point to reliable support whenever it is needed.
